I have been interested for some time in learning what my body is telling me when I crave certain foods (which, of course, is usually sweets!). So, I was thrilled to review this book for blogging for books! It is an excellent resource for those of you who are trying to figure out what your body is trying to tell you! Especially this time of year, after the holidays, when a lot of us are focused on getting healthy after all the sweets that came with Christmas.;)
