‘Twas the Night Before Jesus is a beautifully illustrated picture book that introduces children to the life of Jesus and God’s promise of an eternal home in heaven. As the melodic rhyme carries children through Jesus’s birth, death and resurrection, they come to understand the true meaning of Christmas.
My thoughts: My kids and I like to pull out the Christmas picture books and enjoy them leading up to December 25th, so I was thrilled to add another book to our collection! This story is so sweet, with focusing on the real reason behind the Christmas season. My children and I are enjoying reading this darling book and focusing on Jesus' birth.
I received this book from Celebrate Lit. This is my honest review.
