And what about their age gap? He’s far older than her. The Lord is good at turning bad situations for good, but can even He make this mess right?

My thoughts: This story wound up being so unexpected and delightful! I thought that the author did a wonderful job of drawing parallels between the storm that the characters are stuck in and the storms each of us face in life, making the story so relateable, even for those of us who are fairly land locked. The characters are wonderful, as they work through their heartbreak and learn how to trust each other. This is an excellent book to pick up and enjoy!
