My thoughts: The Scarlet Pimpernel was one of my most favorite books in high school! I loved the first story and may have sought out copies of the other books in the series. So, I was thrilled to pick this book up and read a book about the famous League!
The story starts off with a bang, with Dacia losing her brother and on the run for her life. I like that Ronda explores what it might of been like to suddenly have your lifestyle torn away from you and left to examine all that you have excepted to be true about the classes.
I would of liked more answers at the end, but overall, this was an enjoyable read.
