Take Ten: Audio books I have enjoyed or am interested in

Per usual, if you are interested in learning more about the book, click on the photo to go to Amazon. This post contains affiliate links, so thank you for supporting my hobby.;)

1. Seeking Allah Finding Jesus

This one is amazing! It challenges the reader to think about their beliefs, whatever their walk of life may be.

2. The Giver

I missed this book when I was growing up, so I listened to it recently. I was a bit surprised at some of the mature themes.

3. The Zookeeper's Wife

Has anyone read this book? I thought it looked interesting, so it's one that I have on my hold list.

4. The Read Aloud Family

This is another one that I have on my hold list.

5. Educated

Another one I keep hearing about.;)

6. It's Not Supposed to Be this Way

7. Uninvited

8. Gathering Blue

What do you all think of the other books in the Giver series?

9. Boundaries

10. Parenting Your Powerful Child

Apparently I need more fiction on my list.;) What audio books would you recommend?

  1. I watched the film The Zookeeper's Wife and thought it was good, but haven't read the book. Since I'm not really an audiobook kind of reading, I have no recommendations, but I do hope you enjoy all of these, Amanda. :)

    1. I didn't realize that it is a movie! I may just have to watch it, since the audio book is long (and I have a hard time making it through shorter ones before my loan expires).

  6. Oh, The Giver is fabulous. I'd bet the audiobook form of it would be really interesting, too.

  7. I've not read any of these, but I do enjoy listening to memoirs in audio, especially if they're read by the subject.

One of my favorites so far has been Geekerella. So cute and the narrators were on point.

This is our Top Ten Tuesday. Thank you!

  11. I have to read Educated for my YA Fiction class, so I might have to listen to the audiobook instead of reading it. Great list!
