My thoughts: I jumped into this series with this book (which is the fourth one in the series), so I felt like I missed out a bit on the back story, especially since the book opens with the wedding of one of the previous characters. That said, I felt like this book could be read a stand alone, it just felt like I was dropped into the acquaintance of a group of friends.
Paige and Tavo story is one of ups and downs. I could especially relate to Paige as she tries to go out on her own and make things happen and then realize that she needs to go to God first before she runs ahead with her own ideas. The characters are relatable, with their secrets, struggles, and triumphs. I look forward to reading more by the author!
