My thoughts: Christi dors a wonderful job of presenting easy, healthy recipes for those looking to eat a better diet. I love that she incorporates so many great ingredients into this cookbook! There is something for everyone, from healthy snack alternatives to secret sauces. And, of course the main dishes and desserts!
Each recipe is paired with a yoga or Pilates routine, which makes it easy to get started. Two thumbs up!
