My thoughts: I loved this story and the historical details! I would of enjoyed a job like Tansy's, and can see a lot of my younger self in her. I loved that this is a Depression era story that is told from a different perspective, since I don't think I have really read a book set in Kentucky during that time period. 

I loved the vast array of characters and what they bring to the story. This is a delightful historical read to pick up and enjoy!
