Its that time of year

First off, I have a confession to make. I've pulled out the Christmas music already. Which, my brother thinks is just terrible, with it not being Thanksgiving yet.;)
I'm not saying it is the time of year to listen to Christmas music, since that is debatable. It's the time of year for fighting colds and the flu, so here are some unique studies that might keep you from coming down with something nasty.
Exercise just may be the key to helping you keep the flu away.

Chewing on peppers might help too, since they are high in vitamin C. For the whole list of foods to help boost your immune system, check out:

Finally, my favorite. A warm drink can help prevent colds? A warm fruit cordial is mentioned by the BBC But it makes me wonder, I assume tea would be good for the cold season too? I knew there was a reason I'm such a big tea drinker.:)
