I loved returning to the small, zanny little town of Sheet Cake! Living in a small town the majority of my life has given me an appreciation for stories set in small towns, and the author has hit the nail on the head with this story and what that can be like.
I loved getting to read Winnie and James' story! The first book was great, and should be read before picking up this one to fully appreciate the characters, but I think that this one was even better than the first.;) I enjoyed the snappy dialog and the grumpy/sunny combo. This is a wonderful book to pick up and enjoy!
